Richmond Hill is an area in St. George's, the capital of Grenada, on which Fort Frederick is built. Richmond Hill offers panoramic views of the entire south of the island and many photo opportunities.
Fort Frederick is also known as 'Richmond Hill Prison', and was built by the French. The French and British fought frequently for the islands, and the Fort was used by the British in the eighteenth century as a prison.
